Course Description

PowerPoint enables the user to create, revise, and save presentations for printing and future retrieval. This course is the first in a series of three Microsoft PowerPoint 2002 courses. It will provide you with the basic concepts required to produce basic presentations.

 

Prerequisites

You should be familiar with using personal computers and have used a mouse and keyboard. You should be comfortable in the Windows environment and be able to use Windows to manage information on your computer. Specifically, you should be able to launch and close programs; navigate to information stored on the computer; and manage files and folders. One of the following courses or equivalent knowledge is required:

   Basic Typing Skills      Windows XP Introduction

   Windows XP Level 1       Windows XP Level 2

   Change The Font Size And Font Style

   Save A Presentation

   Add A New Slide

 

PL1-04: Create A Text Slide For Presentation

   Create A Text Slide With A Single-Level Bulleted List

   Create A Text Slide With A Multi-Level Bulleted List

   End A Slide Show With A Black Slide

   Move To Another Slide In Normal View

   View A Presentation In Slide Show View

   Quit PowerPoint

   Open A Presentation

   Check Spelling And Consistency, Correct Errors,

      And Edit A Presentation

   Display A Presentation In Black And White
