Sales and Customer Relations

15 weeks · 450 hours

Prepares documentation, publications, and brochures. Makes revisions for marketing of products/services.  Makes cold calls and follow-up calls on current and potential customers in order to make presentations and close sales.  Maintains computerized cross-reference of products and clients.  Creates marketing tools for alternative media presentation.  Prepares and submits periodic reports and marketing/sales statistics. Alternative job titles include:  Customer Service Representative or Clerk, Marketing Assistant, Reservationist, Sales Representative.
